Great service and drivers very reliable
This company's staff is useless . The app was showing 10 mins for my cab. But been waiting more than 30 mins, and when I called them they said They can't do magic , it is what it is. Tf! 1 star is too much . But I do appreciate the cab driver for apologising.
Terrible, it won't let you type, keeps on going over the last letter. Very frustrating app. It could just be that it's being done on purpose. I hate it.
Showed me it would charge £5 for my trip but it charged £7

With my other cab company I don't need to add card details to the app. I have the flexibility to book by the app & pay via cash or card in the cab with no issues. Not comfortable adding my card details. Abd no I don't use Uber
